Job Overview We are hiring a bilingual Call Intake & Appointment Setter to handle inbound calls from prospects responding to direct mail campaigns. The role involves explaining a financing program, asking pre‑qualifying questions, and scheduling appointments. This is a full‑time, remote independent contractor position with a consistent weekday schedule. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency. Schedule: Full‑time: Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm EDT (8am‑5pm COL Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week). Work Arrangement: Work from home. Side Note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from prospects responding to direct mailers sent to them (expect around 40-60 calls a day). Explain the financing program being offered. Get prospect details and book appointments on calendar. Ask pre‑qualifying questions (scripts and training provided). Respond to client inquiries via call or email. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent phone communication skills. Experience booking appointments. Ability to learn and explain financing program. Strong sales skills.
