Position ObjectiveKeep the organization informed and aligned on key topics that foster feedback and ensure messages reach the right audience.This role is essential for designing, implementing, and integrating the internal communication strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across all Organizational Units, with the ultimate goal of strengthening Sigma's culture and promoting engagement.Key Responsibilities- Internal Communication Management: Execute all communications aimed at internal audiences across corporate offices and Central OU, ensuring compliance with guidelines established by Global External Communication.- Guidelines and Best Practices: Collaborate with the Central External Communication Team and OU Internal Communication representatives to define internal communication standards and best practices for the entire organization.- Global Campaign Design: Support central areas in creating global internal campaigns and provide guidance for employee materials, meetings, emails, presentations, newsletters, and other communication formats.- Strategic Advisory: Offer consultative support to other Organizational Units to enhance their internal communication efforts.- Creativity and Innovation: Develop and implement creative programs, campaigns, and events using both traditional and digital media to maximize engagement.- Platform Management: Coordinate internal media platforms (intranet, newsletters, digital signage) and monitor campaign effectiveness through clear metrics.- Continuous Improvement: Research trends and best practices in internal communication to propose innovative solutions that strengthen organizational culture.Core Competencies- Master's degree or specialization preferred.- Advanced English proficiency - it's a must.- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.- Creative and strategic thinking.- Experience preparing specialized information for activities involving executive teams.- Experience writing press releases.- Knowledge of developing and implementing organizational communication.- Experience managing, planning, and coordinating in-person and virtual events.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Creativity and ability to innovate across channels and formats.- Collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders.- Results-oriented with a focus on measuring impact.- Proficiency in digital tools and internal communication platforms.At Sigma, we promote uniqueness.We recognize and celebrate the unique value of people, promoting equal opportunities without discriminating based on political affiliation, culture, age, pregnancy, marital status, gender, nationality, socioeconomic level, maternity, paternity, religion, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, or type of disability.Join our community of more than 60 nationalities in four regions
