Áreas de Enfoque Estrategia Full Funnel Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Analytics & Performance Growth Sobre el rol En Novacard, buscamos a la persona que lidere y escale todo el ciclo de vida del usuario: adquisición, activación, retención y referidos. Serás el puente estratégico entre Producto y Marketing, impulsando experimentación, crecimiento sostenible y decisiones basadas en datos. Tu misión es construir growth loops repetibles, optimizar cada etapa del funnel y generar crecimiento compuesto y sostenible. Responsabilidades Principales Estrategia Full Funnel Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento en adquisición, activación, retención, referidos y monetización. Definir metas claras por etapa del funnel y optimizar la experiencia de usuario para incrementar conversiones. Construir y gestionar dashboards y KPIs de crecimiento. Experimentación & Growth Loops Liderar A/B tests y experimentos multivariantes en producto y marketing. Formular hipótesis, ejecutar tests, analizar resultados y documentar aprendizajes. Diseñar y escalar growth loops (referidos, incentivos, notificaciones activadoras). Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Crear estrategias de CRM: onboarding, reactivación, programas anti-churn. Coordinarse con equipos de Brand, Content y Performance para entregar comunicaciones personalizadas y oportunas. Implementar segmentaciones dinámicas y triggers basados en comportamiento. Vínculo Producto + Marketing Ser la voz del usuario dentro de Producto y la voz del producto dentro de Marketing. Alinear objetivos entre ambos equipos e impulsar iniciativas conjuntas (onboarding, lanzamientos, in-app messaging). Traducir insights del mercado y data en decisiones accionables. Analytics & Performance Growth Definir y dar seguimiento a métricas como CAC, LTV, conversión, churn y north star metric. Trabajar con Data Experts para construir reportes, análisis y recomendaciones. Conectar micro-experimentos con objetivos macro de negocio. Liderazgo & Cultura de Growth Fomentar una cultura de test–learn–scale dentro del equipo. Compartir frameworks, aprendizajes y mejores prácticas para escalar el motor de crecimiento. Mantenerse al frente de tendencias, herramientas y benchmarks fintech. Requisitos Must +5 años en Growth Marketing / Growth Product o Lifecycle Marketing. Experiencia demostrable en growth loops, experimentación y marketing basado en datos. Conocimiento profundo de métricas de crecimiento: CAC, LTV, funnels, cohortes, churn. Inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito). Experiencia trabajando con equipos de Producto, Data & Performance. Excel/Google Sheets avanzado y herramientas de CRM, analytics y A/B testing. Deseable Experiencia en fintech, banca digital o startups de alto crecimiento. Conocimiento de herramientas como Mixpanel, Braze, HubSpot, Segment, Looker, GA4, etc. Experiencia liderando equipos de growth, lifecycle o marketing digital.
