**Inside Sales - Legal Consultation Specialist (Non-Attorney)****Full-Time, On-Site** | **Base + Commission****Join a team that changes lives.**At Miller & Miller Law, we help people through one of the most challenging times of their lives—bankruptcy—with dignity, compassion, and expert guidance.As an Inside Sales - Legal Consultation Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting initial consultations, building trust, and helping them take their first step toward a fresh financial start.**What You'll Do**- Conduct 8-10 consultations per day with prospective clients (all inbound or scheduled leads).- Build relationships, listen to client needs, and confidently explain our services and next steps.- Follow up with undecided prospects within 48 hours to secure their retention.- Set up new clients on automatic payment plans.- Contact clients with failed payments to resolve issues and reinstate schedules.- Collaborate with legal teams to identify additional revenue opportunities (e.g., satisfaction of judgment cases, FDCPA/FCRA referrals).- Engage with clients considering cancellation, re-presenting solutions to retain them.- Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM (Clio).**What We're Looking For**- 2+ years inside sales, consultative sales, or account management experience (legal, financial, or professional services industry preferred).- Proven track record of closing business and meeting/exceeding goals.- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.- Empathy and professionalism when working with clients in stressful situations.- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and consultations.- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Clio or similar a plus).- High school diploma required; some college preferred.**Required Documents to Apply**- RFC- Constancia de Situación Fiscal **** (Régimen de Sueldos y Salarios y Asimilados a Salarios)- CURP- NSS (IMSS)- Valid ID- Proof of Address**Why You'll Love Working Here**- **Initial salary**: $15,000-$18,000 MXN per month, with potential increases and bonuses based on great performance.- Competitive base salary + commission—your effort is rewarded.- Steady stream of qualified leads—no cold prospecting.- Supportive, collaborative team environment.- Opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives every day.- Professional growth potential in a respected law firm.**Work Environment**- Professional office setting- Standard Monday-Friday schedule- Primarily sedentary role with some bending, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 25 lbs.Pay: $15,****** - $18,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you available to start working full-time?- ¿Hablas inglés?- Do you have experience in customer service by phone?Work Location: In person
