**Education**:- Undergraduate/ Graduate from a Government recognized university- Post graduates will be preferredEnglish C1.**Experience**:1-2 years with industry experience, preferably corporate.**Skills Required**:- Communication skills- Coordination & organizing skills- Presentation skills- People Management skills- Customer service skills- Ability to multitask- Technical proficiency in MS office products required (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.,)- Analytical skills**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Create SOP's- Process Training/OJT for New Trainees- Processing/escalations & the rest on coaching & floor support- Demonstrate good business decisions, pro-active problem solving and relationship building- Encourage and support CSR's during difficult situations- Prepare training need/ top defect analysis analysis for the floor- Provide constructive feedback for performance improvement- Coordinate operations center activities and serve in leadership roles- Ability to go beyond the call of duty in times of business exigenciesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,****** - $25,****** al mesPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Tlaquepaque, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Capacitadores laborales: 1 año (Obligatorio)
