Hunter Mentality — Prospect, nurture, and close with discipline.? Experience Selling Professional Services — Staffing, outsourcing, B2B services, SaaS, consulting.? Executive Presence & Business Acumen — Ability to speak comfortably with CEOs, founders, and HR leaders.? Performance-Driven Mindset — Metrics, pipeline management, and consistent follow-through.? Self-Managed & Remote-Ready — You operate independently and deliver results.- Sell General Staffing's staffing solutions to U.S. companies.- Leverage and expand your existing client portfolio.- Lead discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closings.- Present our value proposition with authority and clarity.- Partner with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.This role begins as commission-only:?? $1,000 USD per client closed — uncapped earnings.??
