The Ops Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Identify, analyze, and solve key issues of assigned area and deliver supporting documents to corresponding areas- Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating report, and business scorecard and provide constant and clear communication regarding local policies and processes- Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction- Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning and Business Review Templates- Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies- Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities- Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in fast pace and changing environment- Ability to analyze data and solve problems- Proven organizational and time management skills**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Funciones**- Analista de atencion telefonica procesos internos- Asesoria a Ejecutivos de Sucursal/ Gerentes de diversas áreas sobre temas relacionados con proceso de normatividad interna- Asesoria a Ejecutivos de Sucursal Gerentes sobre llenado de formatos internos- Generacion de Reportes- Elaboracion de documentos de apoyo con procesos de normatividad**Requisitos**- Capacidad de ánalisis- Autogestivo- alidad en el servicio- Solución creativa de problemas- Autocapacitación- Deseable conocimientos en normatividad interna**Horarios**L-D/ Descansos roladosSe trabajan turnos de 8 horas en un lapso de 8 am a 9 pmZona de trabajo Metepec- **Job Family Group**:Operations - Core- **Job Family**:Operations Support- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Please see the requirements listed above.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.-- View Citi's _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
