We are a human resources agency, our goal is to connect the best talent with companies.Our philosophy is based on creating a positive change in the world, integrating workers to the right positions, creating well-being for our customers, as well as for the people who are integrated into the workplaces.**Job Summary**If you have experience as a bilingual sales representative, this is the opportunity you were waiting for.As part of the bilingual corporate sales team, in this position you will have the opportunity to attract potential customers from USA.The position will focus on all facets of the seller with an emphasis on intangible products offered in the United States.This position will play an important role for our company.**BILINGUAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE****Responsibilities**:- Develop sales goals.- 100% focus on results- Develop sales strategies.- Attracting new customers from USA.- Develop customer database.- Rate customers.- Communication with the Manager and other leaders.- Determine the effectiveness and success of the sales plan and strategy.- Recommend new sources of customer prospecting.- Evaluate which sources attract better customers.- Prepare a weekly report based on the results of the week.**Experience required**:- 1 year of experience in sales of intangible products.- USA sales experience.- Being fully bilingual, with business language, the entire interview will be in English.- Know how to manage your time.- Communication skills.- Bachelor's degree truncated or finished.**Timetable**Monday through Friday from 8:45 am to 6 pm.**Offer**- Base salary of $12,000 pesos per month- Monthly bonus of $8,000 to $24,000 pesos based on results.- After 2 months benefits of law.- Based on results from the 4th month pantry vouchers and gas vouchers- Short-term growth.(Based on results).- Workplace, Tultepec.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $12,****** - $36,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $10,****** - $18,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- How many years of experience do you have in sales of intangible products?- What kind of intangible products have you sold?- Have you sold products in USA?- What is the average amount of monthly sales you generated in the last few months at your last job?- What is your monthly salary requirements?
