Cold Calling Sales Representative

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers through cold calling and setting up sales appointments to sell our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine customer needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for sales team members to meet with qualified prospects.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling and telemarketing, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections from customers.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills.
**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
