**HR Intern**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Provide administrative support to HR team in employee life cycle activities and provide on-location HR support to employees in topics like payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc., as well as support in the implementation of projects focused on employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.**This position reports to**:Location HR Business Partner**Your responsibilities**:- Provide quality HR service to our employees, clarify doubts and provide resolution to issues related to payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc.- Responsible for administrative process such as employee files, badge, time and attendance, new hire induction, etc.- Support in the documentation and implementation of HR process as per ISO **** certification.- Support in the implementation of projects focused on employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing.**Your background**:- Student of Administration, International Relations, Psychology, Business or related.- Strong knowledge of Excel.- Basic Human Resources processes knowledge.- Availability of hours (7:00 am to 4:30 pm) Monday to Friday.- Excellent organization and administration, teamwork and proactive.- Interest in engagement events.**More about us**:
