Location: MX - Central Office - Santa FeGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: SONIA NIETOSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: No**Sales and Business Advisor****Location**: Guanajutato (Bajio)**Primary Purpose**:- Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.- Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.- Develop business opportunities to support company growth.- Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with costumers- Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.**Main Responsibilities**:- Promote sell out, following business priorities- Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.- Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win / win business.- Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.- Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.- Develop long-term relationships.**Education & Certification**Required: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses.MS Office, capable of make analyses in Excel, Power Point presentations.Desired: MBA or similar.**Experience**Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience.Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities1. Sales and Marketing skills.2. Target focused and planning development.3. Business acumen.4. Teamwork skills.5. Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.6.
