**Req ID**: ******We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Operations Advisor to join our team at NTT DATA.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare comprehensive company-specific reports using PowerPoint that analyze business performance, financials, and technologies.- Gather and synthesize secondary information to create industry and geographic reports.- Develop customized reports focusing on various aspects of IT Services and Technologies.- Provide research-based inputs for strategic projects, including financial and operational benchmarking.- Translate research findings into actionable insights.- Drive process improvements to enhance and expedite the sales proposal process.- Lead activities related to market research reports, industry trends, and competitor intelligence.- Formulate actionable recommendations for leaders based on market trends, industry trends, and our company's performance.- Identifying areas for process improvement/automation within the current systems to help drive better efficiencies.- Engaging in problem-solving exercises and acting as a sales operation's liaison across functional groups (e.g., IT, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance).- Assists with Sales Operations process management, account management, and data quality programs.- Work on account requests to ensure compliance with account management policy.- Prepares quality, standards, and performance manuals, procedures, work instructions, templates, and training materials.**Requirements**:- Understanding of the IT Services industry- 6 - 8 years of experience in sales operations and market research.- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce CRM Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, and secondary databases (such as Gartner, Capital IQ, Ranking).- Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with business and market research tools.- Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different geographies.- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative approaches to complex research problems.- Highly organized with great attention to detail.MBA in Finance/Marketing/Other related domains**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees.If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please inform your recruiter so that we may connect you with the appropriate team.
