At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to:HSE ManagerThe work model for the role is: On site #LI-OnsiteGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Electrifications Smart Building Factory in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.**Your Role: Own the Challenge**- Report HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders, taking appropriate actions.- Facilitate and guide incident investigations to identify better risk mitigation strategies.- Provide feedback to management and employees on lessons learned and best practices within the unit and across ABB.- Support and drive behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific HSE improvement programs.**Qualification**s**- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles.- Knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO *****, *****, *****, ****) and applicable legislation (NOMs STPS, SEMARNAT).- Experience as a lead or internal auditor for HSE standards.- Intermediate English communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, or data management tools is plus.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.**What's in it for you**We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.You'll grow through meaningful work, continuous learning, and support that's tailored to your goals.Every idea you share and every action you take contributes to something bigger.
