DescriptionAt ZALOA, we're transforming the way language is taught through innovative learning methods that use technology to empower learners and enhance their learning experience and outcomes.We serve as a bridge connecting Germany and Latin America, preparing qualified professionals who are in the process of migrating to Germany.What You'll DoCustomer Success and Engagement: Through high-touch customer engagement, develop and execute a Success Plan to help customers maximize the value from our products and services.Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers in close collaboration with the Head of Customer Success.Support program expansion by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring customers achieve success while working closely with the program team.Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback and insights with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales.Strategy and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to meet the objectives of new B2B customers.Identify gaps in methodologies and processes throughout the customer lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze information and prepare performance and results reports for B2B customers (internal and external).Be the voice of the customer by providing regular feedback to Product and Sales teams and making proactive decisions as needed.Operational and Program Coordination: Coordinate German language training, liaising with tutors and learners.Participate in the evaluation of German teachers for B2B.Review B2B billing matters with the finance department.Why Join ZALOA?Pay: $13, $20 per monthExperience: Customer Success – 2 years (required)Languages: German (required), Spanish (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Puebla, Pue.Application Deadline: 20/12/2024Expected Start Date: 20/01/2025#J-*****-Ljbffr
