We serve as a bridge connecting Germany and Latin America, preparing qualified professionals who are in the process of migrating to Germany.**What You’ll Do**:**Customer Success and Engagement**- Through high-touch customer engagement, develop and execute a Success Plan to help customers maximize the value from our products and services.- Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers in close collaboration with the Head of Customer Success.- Support program expansion by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring customers achieve success while working closely with the program team.- Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback and insights with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales.**Strategy and Continuous Improvement**- Develop and implement strategies to meet the objectives of new B2B customers.- Identify gaps in methodologies and processes throughout the customer lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.**Performance Analysis and Reporting**- Analyze information and prepare performance and results reports for B2B customers (internal and external).- Be the voice of the customer by providing regular feedback to Product and Sales teams and making proactive decisions as needed.**Operational and Program Coordination**- Coordinate German language training, liaising with tutors and learners.- Participate in the evaluation of German teachers for B2B.- Review B2B billing matters with the finance department.**Why Join ZALOA?**Pay: $13,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer Success: 2 years (required)**Language**:- German (required)- Spanish (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 72760, Puebla, Pue.Application Deadline: 20/12/2024Expected Start Date: 20/01/2025
