Purpose Statement: To Manage, Control, and improve the Process engineering technologies at the site level, including quoting new opportunities from where needed.Key Job Accountabilities:- Manage DFx development associated with RFQ's.- Support DFx Guideline Development.- Lead New Customer/Product Introductions.- Manage Process Controls.- Lead New Technology Development/Implementation.- Accountable to execute on Plexus' Best People strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Additional Accountabilities:- Support User Group Active Participation- Support User Group Projects- Support Process Qualification/Validation- Lead Process Development- Support the development of process controls methodologies- Manage Site Capabilities Roadmap- Define and integrate customer technology roadmaps- Lead the development of Process Engineering Resources- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 5%)- Additional duties as assignedEducation/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.- Eight (8) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.- The employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to the job.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Advanced Innovation- Advanced Operational Knowledge- Advanced Industry Knowledge- Intermediate Teamwork- Intermediate Decision Making and Problem Solving- General office equipment and materialsWork Environment:- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
