Estamos buscando: Jr Sales Analyst (Oficina CDMX) Ubicación: Ciudad de México (formato híbrido) · Tiempo completo Nivel: Entry Level / Primeros años de experiencia En Hackmetrix ayudamos a las empresas más innovadoras de Latinoamérica a proteger sus datos, cumplir con normas como ISO ***** o SOC 2, y acelerar sus ventas con confianza.Somos una startup de rápido crecimiento que combina tecnología, ciberseguridad y productos con inteligencia artificial .Nuestra operación continúa en expansión y buscamos a alguien que quiera aprender, contribuir y crecer desde la primera línea de impacto comercial.Serás el brazo derecho del Head of Sales y de alianzas, ayudando a: Administrar y optimizar nuestro CRM (HubSpot) desde lo operativo hasta lo analítico.Preparar propuestas comerciales y documentación para clientes y partners.Generar reportes de performance sobre la operación local y detectar oportunidades de mejora.Aprender y aportar: sobre ciberseguridad, inteligencia artificial, estrategia y ventas consultivas .Cursando últimos semestres o recién egresado/a de Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Marketing o afines .Buen redactor/a y comunicador/a (vas a hablar con clientes, socios y equipos).Ciclos iterativos rápidos: "probar antes de perfeccionar".Somos obsesivos con la experiencia del usuario y la calidad de nuestros entregables.Proyecto con impacto regional: más de 170 empresas confían en Hackmetrix.Ser parte del equipo que está redefiniendo cómo se hace ciberseguridad y cumplimiento en LatAm.Un entorno donde tu trabajo tiene impacto real en clientes y resultados .Aprendizaje continuo en ciberseguridad, AI y SaaS B2B .Acceso a herramientas de primer nivel (HubSpot, Notion, ChatGPT, Looker, etc.).Este rol es para trabajar desde nuestra oficina en CDMX , con posibilidad de modalidad híbrida según tu avance.¿
