Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 25,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**Position Objective**:Reporting to the Americas Regional Organization & Talent Transformation Manager, this role will assist in the people and leadership development efforts for employees in the Americas Region.Additionally, this role will support both Talent Transformation work globally in areas like data analytics, learning support, and Korn Ferry assessment support.Finally, this role will help with project management within the global Organization & Talent Transformation (OTT) space to support simple, aligned and coordinated approach for all OTT offerings to the enterprise.**Responsibilities Include**:- People & Leadership Development_- Coordination of Leadership Development logistics- Deliver training sessions including our Leadership Foundations program and learning sessions (Americas region) driven by the Business Units/functions (such as LCS, ITD, GSM)- Contribute to the creation of new development offerings (based on our new strategic skills and enterprise competencies) to improve individual and organizational performance (Americas region)- Guide employees to learning/development options for individual needs (Workday Learn, Employee Transformation Essentials learning path, Priority Skills leaning path, ROK your Career, New Manager Onboarding, Leadership Development options, Career Profile, Mentorship, Career Development Goals, etc.) (Americas region)- Data Analytics_- Conduct analytics of our talent data and ROI when Workday is not available- Build out Leadership Development post program surveys and analysis- Support in developing the HR team and People Managers in Americas region to leverage Learnings & Development (L&S) data in Workday to identify trends and actions required in each business unit/function- Learning & Korn Ferry _- Support Local Learning Administrators putting learning into Workday- Point of contact for Korn Ferry and GlobeSmart assessment administrative support- Employee Value Proposition_- Support implementation and be an ambassador of our employee value proposition strategy in Americas region, sharing our Rockwell story to attract, inspire, onboard and engage the best talent, especially in strategic locations/rolesProject Management- Project management within the OTT space to support simple, aligned and coordinated approach for all OTT offerings to the enterprise- SharePoint site/Teams maintenance**Required Experience**- 0-2 years of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Data Analytics, Project Management and/or Human Resources- Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources, Data Science or a related field- Demonstrated ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems- Excellent consulting and communication skills based on innovative, practical, and resourceful approaches to enhancing the global Org & Talent Transformation function.- Fluent English- Previous experience as HR Generalist is a plusLI-EV1LI-Hybrid
