We're seeking a motivated professional with solid experience in plastic commodities and technical sales.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach prospective clients throughout MexicoUncover new business opportunities and expand the product portfolioConduct client visits and help open untapped markets within the countryDesign and implement strategic sales plansManage and grow existing customer relationships while actively pursuing new leadsBuild strong connections with key decision-makersLead negotiations and close deals that align with profitability and client satisfaction goalsWork closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer serviceTrack and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvementRequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering8–10 years of experience in B2B sales and trading, preferably in the plastics or chemical industryProven ability to develop new markets, set pricing strategies aligned with company guidelines, and analyze market trendsStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-driven and collaborative mindsetIntermediate to advanced English is requiredFixed bonus of USD 500 per month for the first year70% coverage of private medical insurance#J-*****-Ljbffr
