**Required Skill Set**:- Experience - 3 to 10 years- Experience in trading / capital markets / wealth management domain- Experience with Agile Scrum teams and methods.- Familiar with optimization tools like Jira- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively.- An ingenious problem solver- Well organized, flexible and adaptable.- Lead project planning sessions.- Coordination of personnel and internal resources.- Ensure projects meet deadlines.- Management of relationships with customers and stakeholders.- Supervise all incoming and outgoing project documentation.- Design of the risk mitigation plan- Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff.- Ensure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.- Management of large and diverse teams.**Responsibilities**:- Detail business requirements with the product owner and business stakeholders by creating high-quality users.stories and requirements for use by the Development and Quality Assurance teams,- Work closely with product owners, coordinating product backlog preparation and story estimation- Helps to close the gaps of the Associated Stories in each Sprint- Detail the acceptance criteria for user stories & create business workflow documents for functions when needed- Involve the QA team to correct traced defects and integrate the final build into the production environment.- Ensure delivered projects meet stakeholder expectations- Be available and coordinate with all team members including project management, development, UX/design, QA,- Assist product managers and product owners and other stakeholders with problem analysis and resolution.- In collaboration with the Product Owners, review the results of the analyzes to ensure that all projects have adequate follow-up;analyze data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to help make business or ongoing decisionsfollow-up of commercial affairs**Salary**: $40,****** - $50,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (required)
