OverviewAre you ready to take the next step in your automotive career? We’re looking for a Spare Parts Supervisor to support the execution of our spare parts operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth supply flow, and strong coordination with internal and external partners.This role focuses on operational execution, coordination, and continuous improvement, working closely with managers, dealers, and logistics teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of spare parts plans related to inventory control, demand monitoring, and service levels.Monitor stock levels, slow-moving parts, and shortages, and escalate risks or deviations in a timely manner.Coordinate daily operations with dealers, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal teams.Track deliveries, order fulfillment, and lead times to ensure parts availability.Assist with inventory analysis, reporting, and data accuracy in ERP systems.Support cost control initiatives and process improvements within spare parts operations.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.QualificationsExperienceExperience in automotive spare parts, aftersales, or supply chain operations.Hands-on experience with inventory control, parts coordination, or logistics follow-up.Experience working with dealers, warehouses, or distribution centers.Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and operational reporting.Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and handle operational priorities.LanguagesEnglish and Spanish required (working level).Strong execution and follow-up capabilities.Attention to detail and data-driven mindset.Ability to identify issues and escalate effectively.Good communication and coordination skills.Responsible, organized, and results-oriented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
