This role focuses on operational execution, coordination, and continuous improvement , working closely with managers, dealers, and logistics teams. What You'll Do Support the execution of spare parts plans related to inventory control, demand monitoring, and service levels. Monitor stock levels, slow-moving parts, and shortages, and escalate risks or deviations in a timely manner. Coordinate daily operations with dealers, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal teams. Track deliveries, order fulfillment, and lead times to ensure parts availability. Assist with inventory analysis, reporting, and data accuracy in ERP systems. Support cost control initiatives and process improvements within spare parts operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations. What We're Looking For Experience Experience in automotive spare parts, aftersales, or supply chain operations. Hands-on experience with inventory control, parts coordination, or logistics follow-up. Experience working with dealers, warehouses, or distribution centers. Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and operational reporting. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and handle operational priorities. Languages English and Spanish required (working level). Skills & Competencies Strong execution and follow-up capabilities. Attention to detail and data-driven mindset. Ability to identify issues and escalate effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible, organized, and results-oriented.
