**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INTERN****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Intern**FUNCTION**: Marketing**LOCATION**:Monterrey, MX**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of the marketing area.**Reports to**:Line Manager**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the DBS MX to generate key insights.- Build a story behind the dashboard and reporting analytics, manage global stakeholders and be the source of truth of the hub data. Being accountable by making sure that the information is 100% correct and delivered on time to fulfil reports and dashboards to the team- Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.- Agile Methodology on going implementation, collaborate with DBS MX teams to develop agile in all areas.- Support in building and auditing internal global project documentation.- Support in business presentations and creation of business cases.- Create templates that can document project requirements and updates.- Project Managers Budget Management and Purchase Order creations along 3rd parties management.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE****Experience Required**- Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is required.- Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.- Proven record of analytical thinking- Knowledge and not necessary experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.- Analytics and data management experience highly preferred- Ability set and monitor digital KPIs using different tools available and effectively monitor projects, run change communications, and create templates to effectively plan and track projects- Collaboration, diversity and teamwork underpin everything we do here at BAT.
