**FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL**:Responsable de correr y coordinar la introducción de nuevos productos y/o pilotos (2da. y 3er. corrida) reportar todos los hallazgos/errores detectados a PD&E (Desarrollo de Producto e Ingeniería).**RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES**:- Validar corridas piloto.- Reportar a PD&E los problemas encontrados en los formatos establecidos.- Lleva registros de todas las corridas piloto.- Trabaja con el equipo de Ingeniería /Calidad para mejorar la salida del producto terminado.- Identifica oportunidades y realiza los cambios necesarios.- Colabora con el equipo de Mejora Continua en nuevos proyectos.- Propone proyectos de ahorro.- Desarrolla ayudas visuales y da soporte al Área de Producción- Trabaja con responsabilidades asignadas por su jefe inmediato.- Valida que el proceso realizado en piso sea el correcto y más efectivo.- Realiza ajustes en el proceso para mejorar la calidad del producto y la eficiencia de fabricación para reducir los costos de materiales y mano de obra.- Crea nuevos procesos según necesidades de Producción.- Provee asistencia técnica a Producción en lo referente a problemas con métodos oProcesos.- Participa en actividades relacionadas con seguridad.**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA**:- Ingeniero/a graduado/a o más de 2 años de Experiência en el área.- Habilidad para trabajar con personal de piso/Producción.- Excelente organización y habilidad para priorizar sus tareas.- Habilidades generales en computación.- Capaz de hablar y leer con fluidez el idioma inglés (80 %).- Conocimientos básicos en estadística, diseño y dibujo.- Conocimiento detallado de todas las Áreas de Producción.- Conocimientos técnicos en: Mecánica, Eléctrica e Ingeniería Industrial.- Muestra iniciativa en la solución de situaciones.- Dinámico/a, organizado/a/, entrenador/a, líder/lideresa, conciso/a, creativo/a, dedicado/aTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es su nível de inglés?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Ingeniero de manufactura o afín: 3 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
