Academy for Services & Consulting: Project Manager (PM) - Mexico City (Hybrid)We help the world run betterAt SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you.We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next.The work is challenging – but it matters.You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong.What's in it for you?Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a development program designed for individuals with 0-3 years professional experience.Please Read* SAP is not offering current or future visa sponsorship (includes no F1/OPT) for this role at this time* This role requires candidates to be on-site at an SAP office or client location three days per week, in alignment with our Pledge to Flex return-to-office policy* SAP is not offering relocation benefits for this role at this time.Who You'll BecomeSAP's Project Manager (PM) is a trusted contributor in the delivery of SAP software and services, working closely with project managers and delivery leads to ensure successful execution.You'll have direct experience in project coordination, financial forecasting, and backlog management, while tracking and communicating key project metrics to both SAP and customer stakeholders.You are a key player in driving operational excellence and supporting the seamless delivery of customer engagements.What You'll DoAs a PM within the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will be responsible to:Successfully complete a 12-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your field team, that enhances your support in the APM role, a critical customer-facing function within our dynamic Customer Services & Delivery organization.Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.Enhance skills around our solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization.Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior APM professional in the field.You will have the opportunity to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP and the Customer Services & Delivery board area and give you the professional experience to be ready to serve our customers.We offer full-time employment from day one with practical learning application for your role.Upon successful completion of the program, you will move into a direct customer-facing APM role in your market and continue to receive mentoring and coaching support to accelerate your growth.What You BringBachelor's or Master's Degree: Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, Project Management, or related.2–3 years of corporate work experience working with SAP Enterprise, Industry, Platform, and SaaS Solutions, with exposure to third-party and partner technologies.Fast learner with a strong foundation in SAP technologies, project coordination, and delivery support, including tracking, reporting, and process improvement.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or comparable tools) with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset and experience managing data-driven reporting.Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills;
