**_Job Description_**As part of the BPS Category team, possessing strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.**_ Key Responsibilities:_**- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Understand databases ensuring data integrity and availability.- Develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and trends.- Collaborate with BPS Category team to gather requirements and define core KPIs- Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.- Perform testing and validation of solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.- Provide ongoing support to the BPS category team for ad hoc analysis.**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**- College degree in Marketing/Business/ Technical.
