Descripción y detalle de las actividadesMaterial Control: Plans and manages activities of to include receiving, inventory control and timely distribution of raw materials and purchased parts to both internal and external customers.- Material Planning Function: Plans and manages all activities to include timely release of orders for purchased components, raw materials and maintaining optimum inventory levels.- Responsible for:- Ensure timely delivery of Raw Material overseeing logistics, warehouse and transportation.- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Negotiate contracts to achieve the best possible terms and service levels.- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess while ensuring product availability.- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Lead initiatives to streamline operations.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast demand and plan supply accordingly.- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including supplier dependencies, logistics disruptions, and compliance issues.- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost, quality, and responsiveness.- Implement practices that support environmental sustainability in the supply chain.- Leverage supply chain management software to improve visibility and control over the supply chain process.Lead and manage personnel within the supply chain team, including hiring, training, performance management, and team developmentExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree- 3 years of experience as procurement, planning, supply chain.- Bachelor's degree on Industrial, systems or related- ERP knowledge (Oracle desire).- Strong communication skills with suppliers.- Rapid learning mindset.- Demonstrate critical thinking, some problems solving skills, and data driven decisionmaking- Knowledge of import/export.- Knowledge of SIOP.Skills & aptitudes: Fluent English, spoken and written.Proficiency in Word and excel, ERP Systems Proficiency, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, understanding of Forecasting and Demand Planning, Problem-Solving, Organizational Skills, Supply Chain Management Knowledge, Adaptability, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Mathematical and Statistical Skills, teamwork.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Fondo de ahorro- Bonos anuales- Transporte- Uniforme- Utilidades garantizadas- Descuentos de productos- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor- Gimnasio- Regaderas- Asistencia Psicologica- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- comedor- fondo de ahorro- gimnasio- seguro de gastos médicos- utilidades garantizadas- servicios médicos en planta- regaderas**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Materiales**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Salario mensual neto** $30,000 - $35,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
