We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team and help us optimize our supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. Supply Chain Manager will be responsible to supply chain processes, planning, material requirements, warehouse, inventory management, demand and orders management, supply chain performance and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years' experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in information technology, supply chain logistics, global purchasing, operations and / or quality is desired.
- Advanced English
- APICS Certification
