Customer Support Specialist IT (Bilingüe - ERP y Proyectos)LA POSICION ES RESPONSABLE DE:Brindar soporte técnico especializado en software empresarial, diagnosticando y resolviendo incidencias de forma eficiente.Será responsable de gestionar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes a través del sistema de tickets (ServiceNow u otros), comunicar información técnica de forma clara a usuarios no técnicos, y orientar a los usuarios en el uso correcto del software y funcionalidades.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Informática, TI, Comercio Internacional o afín.- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en soporte técnico de software.- Experiência previa en atención a cliente, idealmente en entornos tecnológicos o logísticos.- Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas como: Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Herramientas de ticketing como ServiceNow, ERP a nível usuario o administrador, (Deseable): Postman, GitHub, LDAP, Jaspersoft, Sourcetree.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y solución de problemas.- Capacidad para documentar procesos, trabajar bajo presión y colaborar en equipo multicultural- Conocimiento o experiência en ambientes logísticos (deseable).OFRECEMOS:Lugar de trabajo: JuriquillaSueldo $26,000 a $30,000 brutos mensuales + PDL + PSDLHorario laboral: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 18:00Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $26,****** - $30,****** al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
