At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Service Sales Manager**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Sales Support team and adapt and implement sales support strategy for the designated area.Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring they are in line with ABB standards and targets.The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the **ELECTRIFICATION team and Stakeholders.**You will be mainly accountable for:- Creating, implementing, and reviewing local sales support strategy.- Defining key targets for customer support and ensuring those are achieved.- Assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.- Identifying the most suitable approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) that can be applied to better serve the customer.**Qualifications for the role**- ** Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering field with**experience in proposal development for industrial electrical services or power generation plants.- ** Technical background in electrical systems** and strong familiarity with electrification solutions.- ** Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical sales support or quotation teams.**:- ** Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).**:- Expertise in unit pricing, cost analysis, and risk management in the quotation process.- Experience with **ANSI/IEC standards** and government/private bid processes.- Solid command of **Salesforce or similar CRM platforms**.
