Company OverviewDenken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience working on the US market.Our offices are in California, Canada, India and Mexico.We are seeking an IT Presales Lead to identify and develop new business opportunities through detailed research and analysis.This involves understanding the clients needs, proposing suitable IT solutions, and working closely with the sales team to close deals.Job DetailsThe client is located in the United States and India, so a conversational English is required.Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT / RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc) Work schedule: M-F from 8 AM to 5 pm PST (40 hours per week) Location: Remote from any location in Mexico Salary: Up to $32,000 MXN grossKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of our products and services to propose tailored IT solutions to potential clients.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business or related field.Proven experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Ability to deliver engaging presentations.RequerimientosRequerimientos- Educación mínima : Educación superior - Licenciatura1 año de experienciaIdiomas : InglésConocimientos : CrmPalabras clave : tecnologias, la, informacion, it, lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente#J-*****-Ljbffr
