OverviewBusiness Development Representative - Growth Management (Remote – Mexico) – 5 days ago.$5,000 USD commission potential on top of $30,000 USD annual salary.If you are highly motivated to succeed and have an interest in sales, we want to talk to you.We are currently looking for a new Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.In this entry-level role, you'll be aligned closely with our U.S. sales team to help identify qualified U.S. based prospects, target new accounts and respond to inbound leads.The BDR role is vital to the growth of our sales funnel.ResponsibilitiesExecute a daily call and email outreach plan to new prospects that a consistent flow of new opportunities to meet your monthly sales appointment goalsReach out to and follow up with respondents from a variety of marketing programs to initiate conversation, learn current business programs, and qualify potential business opportunitiesMaster 11 : 11 Systems' value proposition to best position the company effectively to prospectsNurture and manage leads until they are qualified as sales-readyAchieve consistent daily levels of outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn mail, etc.) in order to hit monthly and quarterly appointment quotasManage online chat system to generate and qualify incoming leadsTrack all activity thoroughly in Salesforce to support account and management teams, validate activity and lead qualification reports, and provide Sales with solid prospect background on role, budget, timeline and business need to ensure a high-quality hand-off to the sales teamIdentify potential opportunities and transition leads to Sales by setting up sales appointments for further qualification discussionsWork supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11 : 11's Code of Business Ethics and Company ValuesResponsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policiesReview and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgementsAdditional duties as assignedQualificationsUniversity degree, preferredFluent English speaking and writing skills are requiredUnderstanding of American business culture and experience working with US based customers1-2 years professional sales experience, preferred in Technology / Software salesDemonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement of goals / quotasExperience conducting business and building relationships via phone & email, with excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal, and written capabilitiesExperience successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace with the ability to "switch gears" quickly as the prospecting conversation warrantsOver-the-top motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create conversationsSalesforce experience a plusJob DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustry: Technology, Information and Internet#J-*****-Ljbffr
