**Now Hiring: Automotive Business Development Manager - Mexico**We are seeking an experienced **Automotive Business Development Manager** to drive growth and expand our presence in the **Baja, NorthCentral, and NorthEast regions of Mexico**.This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in **business development within the automotive industry (OEMs, Tier I, II, and III suppliers)**.**Location**: Mexico (extensive travel required)**Industry**: Automotive (OEMs & Tier suppliers)**Travel**: 50%+**Key Responsibilities**:? Develop and manage strategic relationships with key automotive clients? Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence? Lead engineering and product development initiatives in collaboration with global teams? Create and implement account plans and market penetration strategies? Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams? Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives**Qualifications**:? **Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering** or related field? **5+ years of experience** in business development and client relationship management in the **automotive industry**? Proven ability to develop and execute market expansion plans? Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills? **Advanced English proficiency** (required for global collaboration)?
