OverviewWe are looking for a financial analyst who has completed an internship or is starting their first work experience.The Financial Analyst in Account will support the Finance Planning and Analysis department by providing the Group's Segments and Clients with relevant and timely financial information for decision-making, with the goal to support value creation and to support Special Projects delegated to the FP&A by PALIG's Executive Management (e.G., M&A, destackings, regulatory requirements).The role also involves creating a set of transparent shared and understood metrics across the three Business Areas to track performance and progress towards goals (a Financial Performance Dashboard).ResponsibilitiesBudget and forecast process support: compile and process data for the budget process.Write reports to support Departments and Lines of Business.Prepare the system for the Budget Cycle.Integrate and reconcile actuals into Workday Adaptive Planning.Support Lines of Business and Departments in budget-related activities.Monthly management reporting and maintaining Management Reporting Databases including PTOI, Sales, and Expenses.Create Monthly Sales, Expenses, and PTOI reports; analyze business performance against plans; perform trend analysis.Manage data aggregation and preparation for Power BI use, including hierarchy maintenance.Support hierarchy validation in CODA and Workday reporting.Support new Power BI and Adaptive Insight initiatives, including developing dashboards and reports.Support new Revenue Models creation by Adaptive Planning.Train and support users in Workday Adaptive Planning and Tableau.Provide accounting assistance and system training to user areas within the company, including Power BI.Provide assistance in PALIG reporting foundational data model to Lines of Business and Departments.Ad-hoc reporting: compile and process information for ad-hoc analysis requests; prepare presentations on an ad-hoc basis.QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Completely bilingual (English and Spanish) at a professional level in writing, presentation, and verbal communication.Preferred: 1+ year of experience or internship in a related field (not required).DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Finance.#J-*****-Ljbffr
