Rackspace Technology is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.This role performs highly complex financial analyses on operating results and business plans to determine rates of return, capital / cash flow requirements, etc.The analyst prepares forecasts and analyses of industry and general economic trends, and is responsible for budget analysis and reporting results & key metrics.Work location: Mexico.Work arrangement: Hybrid for candidates within 40 km of our office in Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México; remote for candidates in Estado de México, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Aguascalientes, Querétaro, Puebla.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms the highest level of financial analysis.Takes ownership of projects from start to finish.Provides independent project/process leadership and detailed guidance to other analysts.analyzes and evaluates the company's operating results and financial position.assesses options for improvement on business expenses.prepares profitability analyses.works with all levels of management in BU through the development process of each budget and makes recommendations.MAY interact with SLT on special projects.handles budgets include monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, which exemplify revenues and expenses.Develops/reviews forecasts for accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales, expense, profitability, headcount, dept performance, direct expenses.provides regular project management assignments.provides work leadership for less senior analysts or has project management responsibilities.QualificationsStrong technical knowledge of budgeting, financial-statements,cash management,or financialanalysis processes.Demonstrates proficiency in performing analyses at the highest levels.attention to detail and can-perform-the-valu-advanced Excel modeling, and advanced Excel skills.Experience with Power-BI and/or Anaplan is-a-plus.great attention-to-detail and-capabilities.great presentation skills, ability-expression-any-quantitative-concept-to- non-financialaudience.excl-excell-senior-communication skills: written and verbal.English-fluency at B2-levelor-higher.excele-organizational-skills.able-to-make-decisions considering relative-cost-benefit of-potential actions.ability-apply-varleading-skills-attributes-that-create-solutions.Abill-to--work-provide-FANATICAL-support.RequirementsBaachelor's degree required in Business,Finance,or-related-field.minimum-3++years'experience-infinancialanalysiswith-progressivework-history.English-fluency-at-B2-levelor-higher.MBA-or-equivalent.CF-or-equivalent-certification.We are committed to equal-employment-opportunitywithoutregard-to-age,color-Disability,gender-reassignment-or-identification.If you-have-a-disibilityor-special-needs-that-requires-accommodation,please-let-say-nous.#J-*****-Ljbffr
