Financial AnalystJob DetailsRemote type: HybridLocations: Mexico City, MexicoTime type: Full timePosted on: Posted YesterdayTeam and RoleThe LAT Financial Analyst will support the LAT Business Finance Manager (LAT BFM) in his/her current responsibilities and will be part of the Global Emerging Markets Finance team which works across multiple geographies and diverse cultures, covering more than 140 countries including Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Central Asia, Türkiye, Africa, Brazil, Mexico and Latin America.The LAT Financial Analyst will be a strategic & analytical partner to the LAT Sales & Marketing Teams (Brazil, Mexico & NSC clusters) providing financial planning & data analytics support and helping to drive balanced profitable growth while maintaining financial integrity.The ideal candidate for this role is located in Mexico City.ResponsibilitiesProvide financial leadership to the cluster Sales & Marketing team through data-based analytics, trends & key insights from a finance perspective in conjunction with LAT BFM.Support the LAT BFM track and report key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory and operating expenses.Maintain weekly sales reporting updates, Tableau dashboard reporting and SFDC analysis.Consolidate and reconcile inputs from the clusters ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Support LAT BFM on the preparation and submission of annual and quarterly projections in the system.Perform quarter end closing accruals, actuals reporting, post close reconciliations (Distributor/Retailer incentives, promotions and marketing activities) and track quarterly spending (Soft$ & Marcom).Support LAT BFM in day-to-day routine tasks with demands from LAT business, including:Prepare analysis between actual and budget figures of Soft$ & Marcom to support business in controlling those investments.Participate in sales and marketing weekly meetings of LAT business.Assist the BFM in quarterly target setting process / commission review.OCRM offers approvals / validation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related areas.Several years of progressive FP&A experience (preferably but not mandatory in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG industry).Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Expert in Excel; experience in Tableau, Oracle Essbase & planning systems such as Onestream (preferred).Benefits and EEO StatementAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.We help teams collaborate / learn from anywhere without compromising on productivity or continuity.Our hybrid work model allows some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises.We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits packages and working environments designed to be flexible, helping you care for yourself and your loved ones now and in the future.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.If you require an accommodation to complete any part of the application process or need an alternative method for applying, you may contact us toll free at [contact information].#J-*****-Ljbffr
