About the RoleAs a Legal Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our company operates within the bounds of the law.Your expertise in corporate and commercial law will play a crucial role in reviewing legal files and documentation, negotiating contracts with distributors, and conducting due diligence on potential partnerships.Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing complex legal documents, identifying areas of risk, and developing strategies to mitigate them.You will also work closely with suppliers and distributors to ensure they are compliant with our policies and procedures.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's success while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities- Legal Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of legal files and documentation to identify areas of risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Contract Negotiation: Work with distributors to negotiate contracts based on feedback from internal stakeholders.- Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential partners to ensure they meet our company's standards.- Database Management: Develop and manage databases to track compliance issues and other key metrics.- Training and Support: Provide training and support to suppliers and distributors on area-related policies.Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law- Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar position- Skills: Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contract litigation, and intermediate English (conversational level)Benefits- Superior Benefits: We offer superior benefits to those required by law, including major medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, savings fund, grocery vouchers, and more.
