Area ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Mexico while strengthening commercial relationships with local distributors.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retailers and local market nuances to develop an overall account strategy.This includes growing the business in a profitable way, guaranteeing growth on actual businesses, and generating new opportunities within responsible markets to increase Market Share.The successful Area Manager will be able to:Develop a full calendar of tailored activities per market, retailers, and ecommerce.Negotiate seasonal stock and sales plans.Ensure strong visual presence in store and on retailer.Com.Coordinate marketing activities (in-store, co-op, digital/social) for events and promos.Work closely with Trade Marketing and Account Planning teams.Own key P&L items for account and determine spend to maximize ROI and sales.We are looking for a strong business and people manager with excellent communication skills.The ideal candidate will also have expertise in translating shopper insights into action steps, strategic thinking, and analytical thinking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is also required.This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-*****-Ljbffr
