**Job Mission: Experience, Skills and Requirements**:This position is responsible for sales of Custom Molding/ Contract Prefer minimum 2 years of similar experience in custom molding/Manufacturing.contract manufacturing.To act as account managers for assigned customers.ERP system experience (IQMS/Delmia is a definite plus).To develop new business for their respective facility, part price and gross CRM system experience margin monitoring and management.General sales knowledge of the automotive industry.To act as liaison between customer and Flambeau departments as needed.English conversational, comprehension and writing.- Highly effective in building customer and colleague relationships.**Education/Certification Requirements**: Effective interpersonal skills, emphasis on the ability to communicateBachelor's degree Business or Engineering, or related field preferred.effectively at all levels.Will consider appropriate combination of education and related experience.Attention to details and disciplined approach to organizing and executing job responsibilities.- Knowledge of plastic injection or blow molding processes is preferable, but not required if you are otherwise the right professional for this position.- Proficient with MS Office Suite.- Willing and available to travel as needed to develop and maintain customers.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $10,****** - $10,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
