OverviewYou may know McCormick as a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings and condiments and were only getting started.At McCormick we are always looking for new people to bring their unique flavor to our team.14,000 of us across the world make this company a great place to work.Hybrid Working ArrangementWe are looking to hire a Pricing Analyst in a Hybrid (capacity for our site in Mexico City).This role is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.Please submit your CV in English.BenefitsCompetitive compensation, Career growth opportunities, Flexibility and Support for Diverse Life Stages and Choices, We prioritize our communities and the planet we share, Wellbeing programs including Physical, Mental and Financial wellness.Position OverviewThe Pricing Analyst is responsible for creating pricing for new items and reviewing prices and costs for existing items and customers.This position is also responsible for communicating with the Sales Team, Procurement, and Product Development on the drivers of changing costs and pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutes daily activities required to achieve financial objectives through effective pricing of McCormick's flavour products.Consults with Account Managers, Commercialization teams, Procurement Operations, Finance and Technical Innovation Center regarding price requests.Develops product/portfolio cost and pricing assumptions in accordance with Finance procedures.Prepares periodic customer portfolio reviews by analysing raw material costs, commodity cost drivers, conversion costs, packaging materials, volume changes and plant locations.Supports business unit efforts to optimise costs.Conducts other ad-hoc financial analysis and requests as required.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related.2 years of Accounting or Financial analysis experience.Prior pricing or commercial experience desirable.Demonstrated thorough knowledge of the capabilities of transaction & reporting systems (ERP).Understands available reporting drill-down capabilities and can organise data in a way that adds value to analysis.Understands P&L analysis (revenue through gross profit) and management.Strong proficiency in Excel and basic proficiency in Word and Power Point.Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels.Self-management of own workload, planning work and meeting deadlines under pressure.Self-starter and proactive in initiating action steps.Advanced / fluent English (spoken & written).Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP and Business Warehouse.Experience in manufacturing environment or other supply chain/costing area.Experience participating on projects supporting Finance initiatives within the business.Experience in the creation and development of dashboards in Data Visualization tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau).Key SkillsInventory ControlMicrosoft AccessMathPivot tablesPricingAnalysis SkillsComputer LiteracyCost Accounting StandardsMicrosoft ExcelFinancial AnalysisContractsAnalyticsEmployment DetailsEmployment Type: Full-Time.Vacancy: 1.Equal Opportunity EmploymentAs an Equal Opportunities employer McCormick is committed to an inclusive workforce.#J-*****-Ljbffr
