As a LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SR.PARTNER - LATAM, you will be a team member of the Global L&D team and reports directly to L&D Leader for LATAM.You will facilitate programs to help build managerial capability by adopting the latest learning methodologies, engaging learners, and consulting on learning outcomes**Key Responsibilities**- Develop content and high-quality learning resources in the three languages.- Responsible for the implementation of Global and Regional Strategies for Learning- Facilitate programs in different languages (Spanish, English, and Portuguese) virtual and face to face modality.- Build high levels of engagement and achieve learning outcomes using data and insights to drive decision-making related to developing L&D strategies- Support senior management to set priorities for L&D Global Programs and define learning outcomes- Identify and incorporate appropriate L&D methodologies and delivery channels for the development of global programs.- Understand internal customer needs- Provide accurate and timely responses regarding L&D programs to relevant partners- Remain current on Best Practices, research, and software releases to increase team capabilities- Connect with team members to understand the needs of the business and L&D solutions, as well as define the learning outcomes of our programs.**Qualifications**- Bachelor ´s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field- English at advance Level and Portuguese at intermediate level (both mandatories)- At least 7 years of experience in regional or global program and content development, facilitator, implementation of initiatives learning with regional impact, leadership, and management of multicultural teams- Knowledge of strategies of communication and promotion of Learning Strategies, Adult Learning Theory, and training evaluation- Nice-to-have: Desirable experienced in Manage LMS Workday, Oracle System, Creator of digital tools of learning (E-learning / Gamification), management of platforms (teams/zoom/mentimeter/survey monkey), Instructional Designer and Certifications (DDI, Project Management or coach)- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, manage ambiguity and easily adapt to changes**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.We have intimate knowledge of the market and our customers.We focus on practical solutions that make a difference.**We are "One PPG" to the world.**We are better and stronger together.We leverage our scale to reach new markets and introduce innovative technologies as we differentiate and disrupt our markets.**We trust our people every day, in every way.**We enable and empower our people to make the right decisions.We are inclusive, transparent and respectful.Our feedback is clear and actionable.**We make it happen.**We have a passion for winning.We achieve.We deliver with discipline and integrity.We bring our best energy to our work.We decide and act intelligently and quickly.**We run it like we own it.**We respect one another by being responsible and accountable.We always act in the best interest of our company, customers, shareholders and our communities.**We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**We continuously learn.We develop our people to grow our businesses.**PPG Way: (**Click here to learn more about the PPG Way**)**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
