Together, we lead the way to make mining and construction more sustainable. Your Mission: Meet the sales target set by the Business Line Managers and the customer’s requirements. Main Responsibilities: Achieve market share, profitability, and revenue growth targets within an assigned territory Align customer’s goals and objectives with Epiroc’s products and services by earning “trusted advisor” status with key customer contacts and teams Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand clients’ needs and ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products/services. Develop account strategies to drive growth and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling. Apply sales best practices in your assigned territory and you gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and the solutions to satisfy them – Extensive travel may be required Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts. Analyze account performance and develop plans to improve results. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain detailed product forecasts by working closely with customer base to ensure appropriate inventory and service levels Monitor account metrics and prepare regular reports on account performance. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication. Develop and deliver compelling product and service proposals that support Epiroc’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements (General and Specific Knowledge): Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in account management or sales, particularly in a B2B environment (minimum 3 years’). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Skilled in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
