**Experience/Skills/Knowledge**:- Education: Industrial Engineering or career at the end- Years of experience: 5 years- Languages/Languages(%): Spanish (100%) English (60%)**Skills**:*Analytical*Leadership*Planning*Sense of urgency**Experience**:- Plant Budget Management*PDCA Preparation*Strategic Improvement Plans*Project Implementation*Problem solution*Core tools: MSA, SPC, APQP,PPAP, CONTROL PLAN, PFEMEA*IATF ***** and ISO ***** system**Activities/Responsibilities**:*Is responsible for providing the necessary support resources and tools to the staff in charge- Is responsible for the definition of Training Programs and their execution.*Is responsible for verifying the effectiveness of the workouts- Is responsible for verifying optimal performance of workers under conviction and oriented towards the same objectives.*Is responsible for generating integration and team builder and motivation*Has the authority to maintain direct communication with support departments, supervisors/leaders, and direct staff.- Is responsible for defining and providing the necessary resources for the effective execution of production activities.- Is responsible for ensuring the performance and results of the department based on defined budgets.- Is responsible for providing support in the response to corrective/preventive actions derived from the EMS- Is responsible for Ensures the execution, monitoring and maintenance of the procedures of the areas and Plant (Reports, Metrics, Behaviors, Safety)- Ensures the condition of personnel and equipment (optimal working conditions)- It is responsible for contributing to the improvement of the EMS / QMS and complying with the Quality and Environmental Policy,*Company Procedures, Instructions and Policies.*You are responsible for communicating to the Quality Manager or any member of Management any condition that puts you at risk the quality of the Product or the Customer.- Ensures communication and monitoring of activities between shifts*Carry out safety rules for personnel and equipment- Ensures the correct use of Tools, Equipment, Materials and Times- Ensures the Discipline, Organization, Order and Cleanliness of the areas.- Ensures respect and maintains a work environment between workers**Authorities**:- Has the authority to stop production lines when required.*Authority to stop production and stop a shipment in order to correct quality issues.*Has the authority to minimize or increase the headcount.Pay: $100,****** - $120,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you open to relocating to Acuña?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- automotive industry: 5 years (required)- Production Manager: 5 years (required)- managing people who do the knitting: 5 years (required)
