**HEAD OF MAINTENANCE**Location San Jose, Mexico**Pacesetting.Passionate.Together.** HELLA, one of the leading automotive suppliers worldwide, has shaped the industry with innovative lighting systems and vehicle electronics.In addition, the company is one of the most important partners of the aftermarket and independent workshops.What motivates us: Shaping the mobility of tomorrow and fostering the central market trends such as autonomous driving, efficiency and electrification, connectivity and digitization as well as individualization.Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**Planning, controlling and monitoring of all maintenance related activities regarding production equipment at our new plant in Kaunas to achieve the relevant and targets.- Ensure the short-, mid- and long-term organization of the maintenance department regarding headcount planning, employee development and the knowledge of the team regarding the technologies within the location in Kaunas;- Recruit the maintenance team members according the strategy for maintenance department;- Establish and support concepts for autonomous maintenance, set up, maintain and control the spare part management within the location;- Support further TPM activities, such as Six Sigma projects with knowledge, feedback, ideas and recommendations, involvement in the sourcing process of new equipment to ensure that the TPM systematic of new equipment is met, that the equipment is meeting HELLA requirements;- Supervising planning of the maintenance activities within the location with the objective of increasing the quantitative and qualitative availability of technical systems and reducing maintenance costs, execute and support measures to improve the competitiveness of the location;- Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare parts, execute the planning of the fiscal year regarding the maintenance department;- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks, ensuring that faults in the health & safety area are detected, checked and eliminated in cooperation with the health and safety engineer responsible, in order to meet the legal and company requirements and avoid accidents and production downtimes.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- University graduate engineer specializing in Production engineering or Manufacturing engineering; MSE or MBA preferred;- Maintenance experience: more than 3 years, leadership experience: more than 1 year;- Experienced SAP skills or at least similar software;- Global automotive market, customer and competitive business understanding;- Other skills and knowledges: Lean manufacturing, Process engineering, Maintenance management;- Excellent command of written and spoken English.**WHAT WE OFFER**- Professional and personal development opportunities, career prospects in a rapidly growing international company;- Professional and friendly team, great attention to internal communication;- A modern, ergonomic work environment that meets the highest safety standards;- Modernly equipped dining and relaxation areas, discount for fresh and healthy food in the company's canteen, 24/7 snacks station, fragrant coffee and tea- Extensive motivational package (German and English language courses, company events, sports activities, vaccinations, discounts offered by partners, etc.);- Free public transport from Kaunas city to UAB HELLA Lithuania (transport schedule is adjusted to administration and shift working hours).**Information regarding Base Salary**- From XX to YY EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience.Salary is reviewed at least once per year.Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.**Please send your CV in English language.**Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**ANA ROMINA VELAZQUEZ
