**Important Information**Experience: +8 yearsJob Mode: Full-timeWork Mode: Remote**Job Summary****Responsibilities and Duties**- Lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing improvements of **observability platforms** and **monitoring solutions**.- Design, deploy, and manage monitoring frameworks using **Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and Elastic (ELK)**.- Define and implement best practices for metrics collection, logging, tracing, and alerting in **AWS environments**.- Partner with development, SRE, and DevOps teams to ensure **system reliability, availability, and performance**.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on observability tools and practices.- Establish monitoring dashboards, alerts, and automated responses to proactively address incidents.- Continuously evaluate and adopt new observability tools and technologies to improve operational excellence.**Qualifications and Skills**- **8+ years of experience** in DevOps, SRE, or related roles, with a focus on monitoring and observability.- Expert-level knowledge of **Prometheus and Grafana** for metrics and visualization.- Strong experience with **AWS CloudWatch** and **Elastic (ELK stack)**.- Hands-on experience with **AWS cloud services** and cloud-native monitoring/alerting tools.- Proven ability to lead initiatives, define observability strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.**About Encora**Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.Our practices include Cloud Services, Product Engineering & Application Modernization, Data & Analytics, Digital Experience & Design Services, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Quality Engineering, AI & LLM Engineering, among others.At Encora, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.
