**Aufgaben**:Overseas Inbound and Inventory SpecialistMain Objectives:Integrated planning and controlling of the inbound supply chain of parts from Germany to the Joint Venture Plant by sea freight and air freight; monitoring operational performance of the Joint Venture Plant in the SCM Overseas operation to ensure target compliance in terms of quality, costs and deadline.Main:1. Inbound Ocean Freight: Integrated planning and controlling of the inbound supply chain of parts from Germany to the Joint Venture Plant by sea freight; monitoring operational performance of the Joint Venture Plant in the SCM Overseas operation to ensure target compliance in terms of quality, costs and deadline.I f is necessary, design countermeasure & coordination for the problem solution with all the involved parts; suppliers, carries and the Joint Venture Plant to ensure capacity, correct handling and best cost strategic for the container handling through the SCM.Inbound freight verifications according transportation contracts and costs analysis for the creation of KPI.Follow with the Mercedes-Benz responsible departments to ensure on time the contracts necessary for the operation.2. Inbound Air Freight: Controlling of special transportation services, follow of critical projects related to the airfreight transportation.Creation of countermeasures for the reduction of the airfreight process.Interface between production plan and Mercedes-Benz headquarter in Germany regarding inbound airfreight operation.3. Inventory Analysis: Responsible of the inventory offensive focus on the improvement of the inventory levels in plant and in transit.Coordinator of all the responsible of each Working Package of inventory reduction for the presentation of the advance of the projects.4. Budget Planning and Projects: Participation with the finance controlling for the definition of the budget of the inbound Overseas.Lead and execute strategic projects to help reduce costs and maintain correct service levels.**Qualifikationen**:**Qualifications**:1. Education:Master or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or Master or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or comparable acquired expertise with new product launches.2. Language(s):Spanish technical and business fluent.English technical and business fluent.German technical and business desired.3. Work Experience:3 years or more related professional experience.4. Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of logistics processes (in automotive context desired).Desired: experience with Mercedes-Benz systems (SAP, DIALOG, START).5. Corporate Skills:a. Good Interpersonal skill and good team player, especially good sense on intercultural communication.b. Able to multitask and strong attention to the details.c. Project Management and conceptual process capability in complex situations.d. Coordination and assertiveness across functions and hierarchical boundaries.e. Strong intercultural and social skills; above average communication and conflict ability.f. Flexibility in dealing with business partners, suppliers and customers (also: willingness to travel).g. High level of motivation and passion for the automobile.h. Integrity and compliance with corporate values/standard.
