Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.- You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.**About Conduent**- Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.- You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuals are noticed and valued every day.**About the Role**- As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for creating Business Intelligence product solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders, technology and visualization teams and ensuring all requirements are met.These products support senior leadership data-driven actions in different business functions such Finance, Sales, Marketing, Global Procurement, etc.**Responsibilities**:- Delivers data analysis projects using defined methodologies independently.- Communicates directly with client stakeholders to coordinate project tasks and provide status updates.- Gathers, manipulates and/or transforms internal and external data in order to create actionable insight for clients.- Make recommendations on technology solutions with high level benefits cases by creating robust, data driven evidence.- Identifies clients' business problems, strategic goals, priorities and challenges on workflows, data and/or processes to define, model, and document project requirements.- Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).- Conducts needs assessments and preliminary gap and/or benefit analysis to assist in aligning business initiatives with technology solutions.- Mentors less experienced peers with needs analysis, project specifications, and solutions development of an internal/external customer's business challenges.- Be a point of contact for self-service reporting related questions or queries.- Develop data quality critical metrics and coordinate with key team members on multi-functional teams for data quality issue remediation.**Required Skills**:- Fluent English.- 2+ years of experience in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).- 2+ years performing Business Analysis roles.**Desired Skills**- Visualizes data in a clear, structured way utilizing preferred business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.- Basic knowledge of project management techniques (PMI, Agile, Scrum, etc.).- Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.For US applicants while we DO NOT require vaccination for most of our jobs, we DO require that you provide us with your vaccination status, where legally permissible.Providing this information is a requirement of your employment at Conduent._
