Mighty Buildings is a construction technology company with offices in Oakland, and Monterrey.We are disrupting the construction industry by creating beautiful, sustainable, and high-quality homes using 3D printing, advanced materials, and robotics automation.We've raised Series C funding and are backed by top investors like Khosla Ventures, Zeno Ventures, and Y-Combinator.This person would have the opportunity to set up a new company standard of maintenance management, aimed at establishing a new level of reliability and improvement program.Moreover, he/she would be the first point of contact for the Digital transformation team while we start scaling the ERP system.**Responsibilities**- Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, and estimate labour hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.- Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization's maintenance goals.- Constantly adjust schedules to account for emergency work.- Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations.- Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.- Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules.- Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.- Establish job objectives for the maintenance workforce.- Provide immediate insights into potential labour shortages (or excesses).- Help with keeping an optimal stock of spare parts and materials.- Sometimes, they will need to prepare and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance checklists and other standardized procedures (if the organization is missing a maintenance supervisor)- Act as ERP Super user within the MTY plant.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred- ERP Super User (SAP and Oracle Netsuite, etc.) on a Maintenance field/ Netsuite - and advantage- 2 to 4 years of work experience in a related field- Proficient in computer-aided design and drafting software- Excellent communication skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to determine customer needs to develop project specifications- Manufacturing experience is a plu_s_**Nice-to-Haves**- An associate's degree in a related field- Able to understand schematics and other technical documents- Must be able to handle physically-demanding tasks**_ Please, submit your CV in English._
