**Objective**Ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of plant equipment and facilities through proper planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs, guaranteeing continuity of operations and reducing unscheduled downtime.**Main Responsibilities**- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and facilities. Monitor and analyze key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) (MTBF, MTTR, plan compliance, etc.).- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations areas to minimize downtime.- Propose and implement technical improvements to equipment to increase its reliability and useful life.- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in maintenance activities.- Manage spare parts and materials necessary for the timely execution of preventive maintenance.- Document and update maintenance procedures, reports, and logs.- Train and support technical staff in the correct execution of preventive tasks.**Position Requirements**- English Intermediate.- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or a like)- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)- Operations / Maintenance- Maintenance Planning & Control Automotive Industry- Aluminium Handling- Manufacturing Industry- Leadership- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
