Virtual Property Manager (Buildium Specialist)Location: Remote – LATAM strongly preferredSchedule: Full-time (aligned with US business hours)Compensation: To be discussed based on experienceAbout the RoleWe're looking for a highly experienced Virtual Property Manager who is an expert in Buildium and comfortable owning day-to-day property management operations from end to end.You'll manage tenant communications, coordinate vendors, handle maintenance and billing, support compliance, and keep everything highly organized inside Buildium.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in remote property management for US-based portfolios.ResponsibilitiesBuildium & Operations Management – Manage the Buildium system from A to Z, ensuring accurate data entry and full use of the platform's features.Keep tenant, property, vendor, and financial information up to date.Assist with onboarding new properties and tenant accounts into Buildium.Communicate with tenants via email/phone, responding promptly to questions and requests.Coordinate repairs and maintenance, keeping tenants informed of status.Follow up after maintenance completion to confirm tenant satisfaction.Conduct routine check-ins on renewals, lease status, and general updates.Receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance work orders.Schedule and coordinate vendors/contractors for repairs and inspections.Track open work orders and follow up until completion.Maintain organized records of maintenance activity and vendor performance.Leasing & Marketing Support – Create and manage rental listings in Buildium and on external rental platforms.Coordinate showings and support the leasing process.Pre-screen applicants and assist with application processing.Prepare digital leases and renewal agreements.Track lease expirations and send renewal notices.Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including documentation and checklist management.Required Skills & QualificationsAdvanced, hands-on experience using Buildium (required).2+ years of experience in property management, virtual property management, or a similar role (preferred).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multipleproperties and priorities simultaneously.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office.Nice-to-HavesExperience working with US-based property management companies or real-estate investors.Knowledge of basic accounting concepts (rent reconciliation, invoices, AR tracking).Experience using other property management or CRM tools.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer Service, Administrative, and ConsultingIndustriesReal Estate and Equipment Rental Services, Strategic Management Services, and Real Estate#J-*****-Ljbffr
